How much does postage and packaging
cost?
£0.99 no matter how many items you buy as long as you pay for them at the same time, you will only be charged £0.99. If you spend over £30.00 postage is free.
When will my purchases be posted?
We will always post your items as soon as possible after payment has been made, either same day or next day. Items bought on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday. We fully understand that you wish to receive your purchases quickly, we always confirm by email when your purchase has been dispatched and pride ourselves in our speedy delivery service.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Which size bracelet should I buy?
Firstly measure round the widest section of your wrist where you intend to wear the bracelet, then add 3cm so if your wrist is 16cm then an ideal size would be a 19cm bracelet. If the bracelet is for a younger person always buy slightly bigger to allow for growth.
